1. Do you have an issue with your water heater?
We can travel to your place within 24 hours (1)

Arrange for an SL System technician to visit your home within 24 hours at a fixed price of €69.
Your water heater can be repaired and does not require the replacement of any parts (3):
the technician will act immediately.

If the repair of your water heater requires a change of parts, our technician will offer you a free estimate.

Your water heater cannot be repaired: our technician will offer you a free estimate for replacing your water heater. The cost of the technical diagnosis will be deducted should you accept this estimate.

2. Do you need to change your tank?

Contact one of our SL System technical advisors.

Using photos of your existing water heater, they will email you a commercial estimate within 2 hours.

If you are happy with the estimate, your local branch will call you back to organise a visit to your home.

Our technician will then come and install your new water heater.

3. A fault on your heat pump?

First of all, you can identify the source of the problem by looking at the screen of your heat pump, which displays the error code. Then, you can contact an SL System specialist who can come to your home and carry out the repairs as part of a maintenance contract.

We recommend not carrying out the repairs yourself as you risk losing your warranty.

Once the SL System technician has detected the cause of the fault, he will confirm whether your maintenance contract covers the repairs. If this is not the case, he will provide you with a free estimate on the spot.

A heat pump is guaranteed for up to 5 years. SL System recommends that you take out an annual maintenance contract at the time of the installation. This contract will allow you to be covered in the event of a breakdown.
